Welcome to Staff'd. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Pre-Launch Status

Staff'd is currently operating as a waitlist and beta platform. Submission of information does not guarantee employment, staffing placement, restaurant participation, or future platform access.

User Responsibilities

You agree that all information you submit is accurate, current, and not misleading. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

No Employment Relationship

Joining the Staff'd waitlist or using our platform does not create an employment, independent contractor, or agency relationship between Staff'd and any user. Staff'd is a marketplace connecting workers with restaurants.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of Staff'd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staff'd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising from your use of the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
